Robert Hall is the founder of Snag It Ltd, an independent professional snagging and property inspection company based in Kent and Medway. With a background spanning carpentry, site management, and hands-on experience working for major home builders, Rob brings a level of construction knowledge to his inspections that sets him apart from the typical surveyor. His career has been driven by a straightforward belief: that homebuyers deserve to know the true condition of the home they’ve paid for, and that someone should always be in their corner to make sure they get it.

Jack Ivory .

I have always been passionate about helping others, so in 2022 I ran 34 marathons in 31 days and also ran 1,000km over 2 months to raise money for disadvantaged children.

I have always had a passion for financial markets and personal finance, so at University I studied Economics and Finance and went on to qualify with the Chartered Insurance Institute in Regulated Financial Planning and Mortgage Advice.

Combining my two passions, I have been advising as Mortgage & Protection Adviser.

Buying a home can be as much an emotional decision as it can be a financial one, so I aim to be there to provide my clients with the facts and figures as to what they can borrow, the interest rate they can achieve and answer any questions in between.
