The Trading Post Tenterden – COMING SOON

In spring 2023 a brand new business community space is due to open on the outskirts of Tenterden on the A28.

The new space consists of 4 buildings set in landscaped grounds with an on-site car parking.

There is co-working and hot desk availability from one day per week, with a range of options. Membership of the Co-working space is all inclusive and offers ultra high speed wifi, tea, coffee, shower facilities and much more. Prices starting from just £60 per month.

There are also a range of private office pods and offices to suit from 1 desk up to 6 desks, again all inclusive rent, rates, energy, wifi, tea & coffee with prices starting from just £250 per month.  

For tenants that require larger space, we also have units of up to 2,500 square feet available with pricing dependent on configuration.

There will be an onsite canteen serving drinks and food to tenants .

A range of meeting rooms, board rooms and event space is also available to hire starting from just £10 per hour.

We can also offer virtual office/mailing addresses from £20 per month.

The Trading Post Tenterden will be a business community space serving the Weald of Kent and is strategically placed to handle business from Tenterden, Cranbrook, Goudhurst, Ham Street, Bethersden, Chilmington Green and the wider area.

Headcorn Station with trains to Charing Cross & City is 12 minutes away & Hi Speed trains to St Pancras from Ashford International is 20 minutes.

The Euro Tunnel entrance with Le Shuttle to France is just 30 minutes.
